A blog to document a seven month trip with my wife Gemma. I like to think of the trip as being a big tasty sandwich. Each slice of bread is three months thick. The top and first piece of bread is made of India. The bottom slice and last section is made of Central America. The sandwich filling is a thin slice of Australia (two weeks), a wedge of New Zealand (three weeks), possibly a topping of Japan (two weeks) and then a twist of Miami to season (three days). Mmmmmmmmmm...
